Believe the hype- Neil is that good! I found The Tech Plug online after searching for “laptop repair near me.” The Tech Plug was at the top of the list with five star reviews, so I decided to request a quote. Before dropping it off for repairs, my six-year-old HP Notebook could only run using the AC adapter, sounded like a lawnmower when I turned it on, and was slow to start. Unbeknownst to me, the buzzing sound and start delay were not the only problems. Turns out some of my files were corrupted too. All of those issues are behind me now. I had an older HP that had been sitting in my office unused for years. I decided to use it again and of course it did not work like it should.
