Diagnostics can take 24-48 hours.  We want to make sure we’re find out everything that is wrong with your hardware.

Yes! If you have the same issue within 30 days, we will fix again at no charge. 

If available, we offer a warranty through Allstate.  The warranty price is determined by the cost of the hardware.  The warranties are known to last 1-3 years.
